I can't believe this! what a malicious statement to make about such a lovely home? All staff are so nice and caring, they can't do enough for their residents and treat us visitors very well too. Manager, Deputy Manager, Team Leader and all other staff always there to help, even the lady who owns the care home, so simple, down to earth, always ask, what we think about the service, staff and facilities. How many people they provide foot spa on Mental health day? All ladies had their foot spa on Mother's day. I saw the gents had it too so as staff. What is the big deal looking after everyone! I think people make such false accusations to create negativity and destroy great places. What a shame! Victoria house you are providing such a fantastic care to your people, keep up with your good service.

My father in law John is cared for here and is a full time resident. He has lived here for around 6 years. The management, senior staff and staff are a fantastic team of professionals and are a credit to this business. We genuinely feel that it is an extension of our now bigger family. The care that is given here is absolutely second to none. The care industry is a difficult one to work in and because the staff turnaround here has been unchanged over the years, suggests the core values of everyone involved is working for everyone and the training provided is to a very high standard. Don't ever change how its run because its a fine example of how residential care should be. Thank you everyone.
The staff at Victoria House are fabulous, they can’t do enough for all their residents of which my lovely mum is one. I sleep easy at night knowing that my mum is safe, comfortable, well fed and has all the specialist care she needs. Not only all that, she is loved like the member of an extended family. Nothing is too much trouble from management to young people making a career out of caring for residents suffering from a range of conditions including dementia. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

My mum is a resident at Victoria House, the Management and Staff are an amazing group of people who are very professional and work very hard to provide a happy and caring environment for all the residents, as a family we are very happy with how well our mum is cared for and would recommend Victoria House to anyone who is looking for a happy, caring and safe home for their loved ones
