Valley Ridge Lodge is the best place for seniors! Everything is clean, well decorated and all the staff are friendly. Chef Sany is very cheerful, happy, and caring. The food is excellent. You would be amazed on how everything is embellished. He makes sure no one leaves without a smile. I highly recommend it to anyone who has grandparents, who wants them to live a great life. Go for it!

Chef Sany and his staff was wonderful helping with my mother’s birthday get-to-gether. Nurse Sarah is on-point with our Mom’s care. Everyone is so kind. Thank you for doing all that you do each day.
I spent 11 days in a respite room at The Lodge at Valley Ridge after my total hip replacement. The Lodge is warm, homely and well taken care of. The room was comfortable and quiet. I was able to focus on my recovery with the help of the hardworking and attentive staff. I am particularly impress with the extensive menu offering delicious wholesome meals... kudos to the chef! The residents are very friendly and inspiring. The experience exceeded my expectations; a big Thank You to the whole team.
Came for a tour a while ago. Was not impressed. Spoke with a resident while I waited for tour who stated that food is often cold, and managers are not friendly or helpful. Was told to not expect repairs to be fixed either because repair manager makes young assistant do everything and never does things himself and when he does he's unpleasant. The woman who did the tour was lovely and the building was nice looking, but hearing this from an actual resident made me decide to move my father to another community. Knowing staff are dealing with seniors and are not treating them with respect is something that shouldn't be happening anywhere.
The Lodge At Valley Ridge is my new pet-friendly home. I am happy! I am grateful for all the smiles and warm words of friendship that always greet me; for the caring and kindness that has surrounded me since the moment I arrived. The staff are wonderful. You are immediately impressed by the dining room where you are treated to a wide variety of nutritious, delicious food, professionally prepared to accommodate your preferences, and graciously served; highlighted by seasonal, locally produced foods. It is a comfortably relaxed environment. There happy times for singing, games, exercise classes, entertainment, happy hour, outings for shopping and to special places of interest. I love the privacy and comfort of my second floor suite; wall-to-wall windows that look to the lovely green of a variety of great evergreens, shrubs and trees where birds sing and flit through the branches while squirrels climb the trees and romp and play. The Lounge along the hall is always open for coffee or a cup of your favourite tea, with fresh baked cookies, and a visit with resident friends or visitors,,
