I moved my parents to Trinity Lodge this spring. A very welcoming environment. Everyone there is very helpful, caring and friendly, meeting all our needs. Edlyn and Paolo’s professionalism is outstanding. There are many activities to be involved in and the meals are delicious. They're room is very bright and face a courtyard. I feel very comforted that my parents are so well care for.

My dad has been living in Trinity for just almost a month and I can not even begin to express how amazing it has been!! The staff are among the kindest, most caring and most dedicated people I have ever met. From the incredible food, to the creative and engaging activities, to the housekeeping and hairstylist every single person has made it their mission to provide their personal best and the result is that my dad is happier and healthier than he has been in over a decade! My dad has met many residents who have lived their for many years and most will tell you that moving there has been a great decision and they never plan to leave. A million thank you's to each of you who have created such a wonderful home for my dad!
My partner, Foster, was absolutely thrilled to have secured a furnished respite room at Trinity Lodge for nine days/nights, enjoying three exquisite meals a day, a variety of amenities, active engagement and enrichment programs, plus a most friendly, competent, and caring team. He was pleased with, and grateful for, every aspect of his experience there. We are both happy to recommend Trinity Lodge as your choice for elegant respite or inspired retirement living. Thank you so much!
My mother has lived at Trinity Lodge for almost 9 years. She has only good things to say about the staff, the food, the building and the atmosphere. I have appreciated everything about Trinity, but especially the quality of staff, from the beginning. As I write this today, with covid-19 a huge concern in Canada, my appreciation for the staff has deepened. The management have created an environment that has resulted in very high retention of caring skilled staff. I am even more thankful that I know the staff who are with my Mom each day now that I cannot be there. July 29, 2024-my third and final review of Trinity Lodge. Trinity was a truly my mom's home for thirteen years. She loved it here. My mom was quite capable, but tired of cooking thirteen years ago when she made the decision to move to Trinity. As the years passed, her memory and abilities have deteriorated to the point that she moved to long term care two months ago. Trinity staff brought an extraordinary level of kindness, skill and commitment to caring for her as her need for help increased.
My godmother Nina lived at Trinity for almost 11 years, until her declining health sadly necessitated her moving to a long term care facility. She loved living at Trinity and was very happy there; I think these were some of the happiest years. of her life The staff is extraordinary and seem to know every resident right down to their stories. The level of care is very high and very personal. It is a happy place, busting with lovely activities and with a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere. We miss the delicious meals and her interesting friends, and we try to visit as often as possible. Each time we do, Nina is made to feel welcome and loved by staff and residents alike. We can't speak highly enough of Trinity. It is a very special place.
