Visited my wife today. She was in a bad mood. The staff warned me a were kind and helpful in a trying situation. As always, I felt my family made a wise decision in moving my wife to Riverside Glen. A fine facility and staff.

Every PSA OR PSW VERY PLEASANT.AND ALWAYS SPEAKS TO ME. THEY TREAT MY WIFE WELL AND SEEM TO BE AWARE OF HER NEEDS. IF I VOICE A CONCERN THEY DEAL WITH IT IMMEDIATELY.
Terrible place to work. Staff make 20/hrs there , and refuse to raise it. Both GM and AGM do not care about the staff as it seems. Instead of giving staff raises they do useless events. All management are bullies, they praise the workers who neglect and bully the good staff
Such a beautiful place & community. It made me quite jealous of my Grams upon visiting, actually! The main staff were fantastic & super helpful. So many amenities & activities to do-for visitors too. I found the nurses to be a little distant-not directly rude or anything, but upon walking down a single hallway all 4 that I passed were on their phones & didn't notice I was looking for a room number. Totally could have been break time though! Just an observation from one visit-not indicative of their appreciated hard work as a whole. In general, this is a gorgeous place & I am sure all the residents are very comfortable here and seem well cared for!
I am so happy with Riverside Glen being my mother’s new home! Everyone is so friendly and kind and have been very supportive with this transition for her and myself. I highly recommend this retirement village.
