I cannot say enough good things about this exceptional long-term care home. The care and patience the staff showed toward my mother were truly a blessing I will forever treasure. It's evident that the caregivers are deeply passionate about their work, and their dedication shines through in everything they do. The Islington Floor staff became a second family to my mother. Whenever I had a question, they would stop whatever they were doing to assist me right away. Truly impressive!

Village of Humber Heights LTC Tour My mother and I attended a tour conducted by Joanne Hernandez. We were both thoroughly impressed with Joanne's knowledge of the facility and residents. We have attended a few tours and always have so many questions. We had no questions after our tour with Joanne! She has the ability to anticapte the needs of her audience, is caring and radiates positive energy! We left the tour fully informed of the facility and feel the culture at the village of humber heights is exactly what our loved one needs. Thank you Joanne!
My Mother was a resident at Humber Heights in different areas for almost 17 years. She had excellent care from all staff and was very well looked after. I would recommend this home highly.
I have nothing but praise for this facility. The staff and care, especially at Emma's was second to none. They ensured my Mom's transition went well when she moved in and the compassion shown by all in her final days was exemplary. Thank you all
I’ve dealt with this unscrupulous organization for about ten years. It is basically an institution that has the same modus operandi as a criminal organization that supports and protects narcissistic, sadistic, and sociopathic individuals such as pauline delloso, rose lamb, and abiodun bello, and won’t hesitate to threaten, intimidate, and retaliate against residents, family, and staff alike — in some cases causing grievous physical, emotional, and psychological harm and even death. There have been hundreds of instances of rights violations, retaliation, torture and abuse throughout the years in my particular case. Consequently, I’m living with serious injuries and psychological issues and just fighting to keep my head above water. I hope that politicians, legislators. and owners come to their senses and make adequate changes before this despotic, duplicitous, and nefarious institution… becomes their reality
