The priory is an excellent place I can’t praise it enough from the management down to the domestic staff they are all excellent. The difference in my mother in law in just 4 weeks of being there was unbelievable, she had put on half a stone, due to the staff feeding her which should of been done in her previous home but never was. The residents are always happy and smiling and laughing everyone is always friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. I would truly recommend this home to anyone in a heartbeat, well done for making elderly and vulnerable people very content and happy ❤️

I have been a working visitor at The Priory for eighteen months and provide a movement and well-being session, to music for their residents on a weekly basis. I can say, "The Priory is a superior care home". The staff genuinely care and want the best for all of their residents. They are the only home I work with that recognise the importance of having my service weekly, ensuring their residents benefit from the movement and mobility side of my class, as well as how much it lifts their resident's spirits having fun. The home is always spotless and smells lovely, clean and fresh. They've just fitted air conditioning in their lounge area for the residents to benefit from in this summer heat. I'm always there for morning tea break and regularly see residents with the choice of luxury brand biscuits and cakes. I've also seen staff visit residents on their own days off, which speaks volumes about how their staff care for their residents. I would be very happy for my loved ones to be cared for at The Priory, they really are a five-star care facility.
Visited here today and I got to say we found the staff very helpful and the on site care team were fantastic, they gave us more information than the hospital have ever done. Well done all.
My Dad died here after being forced fed by a nurse! Can't thank the two carers who checked in on him afterwards enough
