My mum is a resident here, I've found the staff warm welcoming and very helpful throughout. My mum is happy and her needs are met . She arrived here in quite a bad way after misdiagnosis and she was very anxious, she was struggling at home and after a lengthy hospital stay and broken hip her mobility had declined. She was referred to moreten centre in 2023 and has settled well . The staff constantly update and inform me if anything happens and I am so grateful for the kind care she receives.
