Unfortunately dad's stay was shorter than expected, and he died within 2 months. I regret we didn't move him in sooner, as I feel his quality of life could have improved. He was well cared for by an amazing team of friendly carers. He was always clean and treated with dignity. His teeth were brushed, even on his final day. Attention to detail, hospitals simply don't have the time for. I witnessed the staff attend to other residents with patience and empathy. Having dementia Dad wasn't involved in any of the activities. But I saw a group of ladies grouped together every day, enjoying what was on offer. Once I overheard "Thanks for another wonderful day" to Nicola (the activity leader) There's a sense of community. One thing to improve is definitely the weekend office hours. Waiting to be let in and out takes away precious time with relatives, on most people's only day off. And it would be helpful to have someone to ask questions / leave messages with for senior staff to get back to.

Kindest, sincere and most caring staff you’ll ever be fortunate enough to meet xx this nursing home is very special, they looked after my mother in law in her last few weeks of her life. Their care for her was exemplary and the care and support they have provided us has been so full of kindness. Cannot find the words to express how grateful & thankful we are to all the staff xx THANK YOU XX
My mother suffered a mishandling incident which left her with two broken legs. Management unwilling to discuss compensation and gave her notice to leave.
Very nice people very welcoming, help you out when you need it,very kind
Excellent staff and environment
