A relative of mine is currently in this nursing home. Unfortunately, I am not the decision maker but I believe that there must be better facilities than this. They do enjoy their life there and this is disappointing, Its more of an existance than a life. Management and staff are polite, but not warm and friendly. Staff I spoke to told me that they were short staffed on the day I visited. They don't seem to do anything more than the minimum for the residents. The building and the facilities are fine and its in a nice handy location for the family. I just think that they could do better.
