I visited this Newtown House recently and while the garden’s they have is lovely, I was disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the home. The cleaning quality is definitely lacking, which is concerning given the importance of hygiene in such an environment. Additionally, I felt that the price paid did not reflect the standards provided. Overall, I would not recommend this nursing home based on mine and my families experience in visiting.

Can't recommend this place enough my mum is there at the moment for respite, the staff can not do enough for her she absolutely loves it !!
I visited a family friend recently and the food they were served could only be described as cold, horrible, bland and simply unappetising, which was quite a disappointment considering the very expensive price of this care facility. I compare the food to a visit in 2013 in which I remember such excellence in the standards of foods and desserts which were served.
I was utterly disgusted by the deplorable lack of cleanliness when I came to visit my Uncle. I want to acknowledge the lovely staff and residents who, despite the challenging environment, displayed remarkable dedication and resilience.
Amazing, dedicated and friendly staff who have been taking the best care of my grandmother. Thank you all for your immense kindness and warmth.
