Amazing care. Was very impressed and happy with the care of my mother. The Grove provided exceptional care for my mother with a full care folder of notes and meds etc. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to my mother who wasn’t overly happy about a stay away from home, however they all knew how to speak to her to get her involved in the conversation and feeling relaxed enough to walk around and meet people. All of them were highly trained and compassionate and kind to her. I felt extremely reassured that I was leaving her in good caring hands. Staff were able to give me helpful and constructive feedback also on her stay to make it even better next time. The place itself is clean with zero smells and nice calming decor. They have lots of entertainment going on and couldn’t want for better tbh! I have already rebooked for my next break to ensure my mother has the best care. She has stayed in other places but I haven’t returned her to those and won’t be whilst the Grove is able to accommodate her. Thank you Michelle, Michaela and all the staff for the best care of my mother. All true professionals with caring and happiness above all!

The decor is nice. Very modern. Staff are caring but not enough of them. Entertainment on too.
