The Elden is a wonderful home for my mom. The excellent staff, the high care standards and especially the caring and compassionate manner in which each and every staff members demonstrates goes above and beyond their job. There are fabulous family activities which our grandchildren love. We cannot show how grateful we are for the staff at the Elden. My mom loves living there and she is thriving in this incredible environment. Thanks for all you do.

My mom was a resident for almost 3 years. At first everything was good but my mom needed extra care. The Elden was not able to assist with the care (after numerous requests) was promised things would change, nothing changed. We have moved mom out to ensure she gets the care she needs. Best of all moms full rent was taken out of her account (she only was there for 9 days of the month) we gave 30 days notice and they still took the full months rent. After 2 weeks we have still not received payment back. Definitely would not recommend.
My mother was transferred to Elden from South Lake after a fall. The staff here have been amazing and I feel that my mother is in good hands. The facility itself is clean and modern and the residences all have big windows and tons of sunlight. There was an issue with the future of her care after she leaves and I can not thank Jacqueline Cassels, the Director of Care, enough. She took a very difficult situation and provided a solution that exceeded all my expectations.
I can't thank ALL the staff at the Elden enough, to be honest. Everyone is kind and compassionate. My mom has been a resident at the Elden since the beginning of Covid and everyone has gone above and beyond to make her feel welcome and included. I know that she is well looked after and my mind is totally at ease. Thank you to everyone at the Elden for everything you do for all the residents. Your efforts are much appreciated. If I could give you 10 stars, I most certainly would!
As always, anytime I participate in an event it was fantastic. Of course the ice cream was yummy/delicious. The music was wonderful, the girls were perfect with their choices of music to sing along with or dance too. Looking forward to your next event. Thank you for including us.
