I really wanted to love this place — the room was spacious, the design was nice, and the staff were kind. But for the price I paid (over $150/night), the lack of basic comfort made the stay incredibly disappointing. There’s no air conditioning, just a small, loud portable fan that barely made a difference. I assumed the fan was an extra, not the only option for cooling the room. When I asked about it, I was told to open the window — but my room faced a street, so I ended up listening to cars and buses well into the night. Not exactly relaxing. It’s honestly baffling that a property in this price range doesn’t offer A/C. I left after two nights feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. Great design can’t make up for the fact that I couldn’t sleep. Would not stay again in warm weather — and wish this had been made clearer before booking. It's not a portable fan on top of the A/C not provided.

The staff are beyond friendly & helpful: arriving with missing luggage they directed me to a wonderful shopping centre, and their information pack was so helpful in finding great food, transport & our way around. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. My only possible improvement would be Air Conditioning - as an Australian it was occasionally warmer overnight & the doona ever so slightly too much for no AC. The area is beautiful, like a fairytale village, but only a few bus stops from the city or the main tram connecting to shops, airport or city centre, the national library & sports complex & Europa parliament. Heartily recommend.
Best place ever - truly felt like home in Luxembourg. Always super clean, fresh, safe, friendly. A perfect place to stay, ideally located near a bus stop and close to central Luxembourg. One of best place I had ever stayed at - not only for business trips, but also when traveling with the whole family. The option to use the garage was a great plus. Special praise goes to the personnel and staff - their warm and professional service truly made the stay perfect!
They are amazing! Literally, the best option to come to spend the first few weeks if you’re moving in to Luxembourg or even for a long stay. They are super nice and friendly, always looking how to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are nice and super clean. The location is pretty nice to get everywhere. This is THE place!
I had a great 2-night stay at The Central Kirchberg Smart Hotel. I arrived in the evening and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who kindly assisted with my room key and answered all my questions. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. The location is a bit outside the city buzz but still within walking distance of restaurants and shops, though the area is more business-focused. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept well. I appreciated the convenient backdoor on the 4th floor, which provides quick access to the main avenue via a small staircase—saving time when heading to nearby restaurants. The fitness room is well-equipped, and for those arriving by car, the hotel offers parking at an additional cost. Overall, a very good experience and a pleasant stay.
