My father has been living there since February 2017. Beautiful large single room with bathroom. Food very good and a very good selection of dishes for older people. Everything is cooked fresh in the house. Laundry is also in the house and the linen exchange/delivery to the room works wonderfully! The house is very lovingly decorated. My father's friends recently visited him and said: This is like a 4 star hotel! In my opinion a 5 star hotel! Home management, nursing service management, secretariat and nursing staff - all very hard-working and friendly. It really doesn't get any better. I decided to write this report because someone gave this house a 1 star rating and the house is the absolute opposite!!
Employee policy is zero. Care top, employees flop. Is a family business. Anyone who doesn't fit the mold is sorted out. There is no other house like you. And this policy is already making its way to the outside world
We looked for a place for our mother and heard a lot about SeneCura Kitchberg. However, after we got to know Mr. Unterrainer, he stopped us and we should quickly forget about SeneCura. However. For us, the house is done for now.
