My mom has been in the Sunrise community for almost 6 years. She has been treated with best care and compassion that we could ask for. This is her home and she appreciates all the staff and care managers that have been in her life since she got here. When problems arise, the staff goes to great lengths to solve all issues with the same care and compassion that we are accustom to. The programs that are offered to stimulate the residents mind and body are very good. Thank you Sunrise for taking such good care of our mom.
The Sunrise community have provided our family with a safe, caring, and comfortable home for our Dad. They take time to explain procedures and policies, consider his point of view/opinion, show appreciation towards his continued interest to remain as independent as possible and try to adjust to his varying needs. The sense of humour amongst staff and genuine desire to understand and get to know him, enriches their daily interactions. We appreciate the care that goes into ensuring his well-being is at the forefront. Taking time to really listen matters and has a tremendous impact.
