My father in law was only in Spring Lodge for a few weeks but for time he was there I cannot fault the staff and care that he received. He told us how happy he was there which put our minds at rest as he always said he didn’t want to go into a home. The care he received on the day he died was fantastic. All the staff were so caring and understanding. Thank you for making such a difficult time easier for us.

I am so grateful to have found Spring Lodge Residential Care Home in Ipswich. My mother, who had been struggling with dementia, had been living here for a few years and I can honestly say that it has was a game-changer for her. From the moment we walked through the door, we were struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are truly amazing - kind, caring, and attentive. They take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their well-being. The care home itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and there's always something going on to keep the residents engaged and entertained. Whether it's a craft session, a game afternoon, or a movie night, there's always something to look forward to. But what really sets Spring Lodge apart is the level of care and attention that the residents receive. The staff are always available to help with anything, from medication management to personal care. They're also happy to accommodate any special requests or needs that my mother may have. The food is also excellent - nutritious and delicious, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. And the activities team is always coming up with new and innovative ways to keep the residents engaged and active. I've been blown away by the level of care and support that my mother has received at Spring Lodge. The staff were like a second family to her, and I know that she's was in good hands. If you're looking for a care home that truly cares about its residents, I would highly recommend Spring Lodge.
Not many people can say they have job that they love. Staff, families and most importantly our residents is what makes Spring Lodge the loving, caring care home that it is.
I have been working at Spring Lodge for a year now. I have meet remarkable staff and residents who are part of my family now . I love going to work every day as I know I am making a difference as every single day is Magical.
The home has a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. Clean and tidy. All the staff work really hard to take care or residents and other staff members. Have lots of great activities. Always accommodating. Management are always approachable. Would recommend this home.
