Big thanks to Catherine, the night nurse at Soham Lodge Care Home. My 96 year old Mum is having a Respite stay at Soham, Only there a few days and I just wanted to see how she was getting along. Called at 10pm Sunday night and was answered by Catherine. She gave me a clear and honest appraisal of Mums general well-being, mobility and how she was interacting. All very reassuring at this difficult time in her life. Thank you Mike Dodds
The manager does not care about his residents or care staff , all he cares about is money and the money the residents bring by having to live there ,he most definitely does not ,listen to his care staff and thier thoughts and needs ,he says hes going to bring in enough staff to manage the residents needs ,but doesnt keep to his word ,there are only a few care staff that actually care , I most DEFINITELY would not recommend putting a family member of mine or anyone else's at Soham Lodge
