What a warm and welcoming place! As soon as I arrived, I was offered a hot drink and multiple team members said hello. They had lovely gardens, including a sensory garden for residents with dementia, and such a great range of facilities. I was even shown the hairdressers, a spa bath and other wellness activities. As I was walking around, everyone was so helpful and friendly - both the Signature team and the residents. It really did feel like one big family.

Walking around Farnham Common was unlike any other care home I have seen. So many facilities and amenities are on-site including cinema, salon, physio and sensory rooms. 3 private, well maintained gardens are attached to each side of the building and the spacious well-lit feel of the lobby, corridors and communal areas made everything feel welcoming. All the staff were friendly and thanks to Samantha for the tour.
Thank you Wendy for taking the time to show me round the beautiful Care Home today. Such a joy to see everyone happy & enjoying the wonderful activities on offer. So much thought has gone into the design of the home which enables everyone to be catered for. Keep up the fantastic team work everyone.
A very welcoming and friendly home. Once you step in, you are greeted with a genuine smile. The staff are approachable and willing to help. I was employed at Signature at Farnham Common before their grand opening and I witnessed how it slowly grew from a quiet newly opened home to a busy one. It's a nice place to start a career in care because support is available and, because of the One Home approach, everyone knows everyone. The residents are happy and have a good relationship with staff. They promote healthy work and life balance.
I had a wonderful experience at the care home! A warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff has made the difference, and the food was so well-presented, too. It seems like they really care about the residents' comfort and well-being.
