One of the most visited hospitals in Bhaktapur. Established in 1997, Specialized hospital for women and children. Currently, construction is going on for expansion of services. You can also visit Sidhhi Saligram Senior Citizen Home within this hospital. Starting from 10 beds in inpatient services and gradually upgrading to the current 50 beds, the hospital now offers emergency, PICU/NICU, dental, inpatient and outpatient services to children as well as inpatient and outpatient, birthing center, family planning, gynecological operation theater services to women. Furthermore, diagnostic services such as laboratory, x-ray and ultrasound imaging are also available. The recently started PICU/NICU is giving intensive care for an increasing number of critically ill pediatric patients. The hospital sees around 100 children and women in the out-patient department and 30 children in the pediatric emergency department per day.
Big respect for the founder Mr. Shyam Sundar Dhaubhadel. * Huge property Worst Management Since I came SMH for pregnancy check up its make me disappointed. * Some of the staff which I met are Rude. * Rude (NICU) Doctor: Dr. B. Prajapati. (need to change his Negative attitude) * Shortage of gown & slippers (OT & NICU) for visitors, but it looks only for formality. I would have given zero stars. On Friday night around 1 am we visited to this hospital and The child care emergency service was terrible and pathetic. The doctors gave us poor advice on the night of May 24 around 1 am. My son is just 22 months old. And they wanted unnecessary examinations. And we didn't feel right so we went to Kanti hospital. I had to visit Kanti Hospital at 1 am. At Kanti, we received basic medication that made my son comfortable.
