The real owner and Founder of Hope Hermitage Care Home seems to be Pramila Bajracharya Thapa Mam, whose interview i often hear many times from many years. Always inspired to her work n thinking. I have experience of putting my own grand father to different Hope Hermitage Care Home at Naxal, where we as family experience poor services, later after few months i knew it was not Pramila Mam’s owned Care home, till then my Grand Father develop Bedsores due to neglected services at Naxal based The Hope Hermitage; Asha Kuti, so people be aware and don’t get confused with the same name.
If you are looking for a elderly care home, this is the place that you need to avoid AT ALL COSTS. The owner uses shady accounting practices and tries to swindle as much money as possible and earn money unethically i.e. lying and deceit. If you are already taking their services, it's probably a good time to grill the owner about the promised services vs what they are actually providing. Verbal abuse and neglect of eldery patients is a daily occurence here. Avoid this toxic place at all costs.
