Always ready and attentive to the patient's needs. My 87-year-old mother was respected, well cared for and loved. I highlight Manuel, the coordinator of the team that worked with my mother. And the caregivers Norma and Laura. what wonderful people! The family seeks support beyond everything medical, a warm and human gaze and I really found it in all of them. It is a very professional team, they accompanied us and continue to accompany us at all times. Milagros is a great coordinator, attentive, warm, always with the right word and solution, advising us. The assigned caregivers were very competent and warm. The administration also met our needs as much as possible.
Unique experience. Since day 1, both the company, the caregivers and also the coordination area have been super attentive, concerned, and predisposed. We had a bad experience with another company and were a little reluctant at first, but the experience with Seniorcare has been phenomenal. They inform you in a timely manner, both about the administration and about the caregivers. Milagros (coordination) is always concerned, attentive, in communication and looking for solutions to what may arise, and the caregivers (Graciela and Ruth) are IMPECCABLE in everything they do. Excellent caregivers and a very serious company. We use them 8 months in a row and all 10 points. They also assign you a coordinator who assists you in the organization and management of the service.
