My father was a resident for only a short time. But the care he received was outstanding. All the staff were compassionate and caring. His room was lovely and he had a varied choice of meals. Dad enjoyed joining in the activities provided. Thank you to all the staff for making the last couple of months of my dad's life so comfortable and pleasant.

When my mother moved here my first impressions was that it was light, airy, friendly, welcoming and had a happy atmosphere. My opinion has not changed with time. The staff are kind and caring and always have a smile. My mother can't communicate very much but has indicated to me that she likes the people who care for her there. The staff always seem happy in their work. The whole environment is very nice and it has a pretty garden. I would have wished for my mother to die at home but that cannot be. I feel comforted by the fact that she will one day die in this peaceful, happy place. The staff have always been very understanding towards me too.
This Home provides exemplary care in all respects. Residents are surrounded by affection and genuine warmth. The staff, across the board are cheerful and kind, professional in creating a homely atmosphere. Management is always available for advice. Residents are happy and well cared for. A better place for anyone to finish their last years.
Joseph and his team looked after my mum for the last couple of months of her life. We couldn't have wished for better care than she received. From personal care to cleanliness and food, everything is great. They took a huge weight off our minds knowing that she was in good hands. Most importantly Mum was happy. Thank you all from Fiona and the rest of the family.
