All of the staff at Richmond Woods Apartments are excellent! We have been very impressed. At this time we especially want to commend Neelum (at the main reception desk). She is always very friendly and personable, meets everyone with a smile, always takes time for any questions, is very knowledgeable, and is thus much appreciated. G & S Blok
My little dog Bella got out and was running around outside. A Good Samaritan picked her up and brought her back and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Lord and thank you Neelum Amjad (my angel) at the front desk for her absolutely wonderful help in telephoning and posting pics. I am deaf and Neelum has always gone far beyond to help me when I needed it. All the staff at Richmond Woods are just wonderful people and I recommend Richmond Wood without any hesitation at all. This place is totally AWESOME !!! My Father just moved in last Thursday and he loves it here. I'm very impressed as well. I had lunch ( in a Private dining room that reminded me of my Grandmother's dining room for special occasions, filled with antique China Cabinets with old china dishes ) and the food was great ( I couldn't even eat all of my main entree ). The Studio Unit he has is just the right size ( and he has alot of stuff ) and the whole place seems more like a resort than an institution. Even has an indoor pool with hot tub. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
