Nice place for service user to live in but for employees too much politics your skills dont matter here no room for growth
Ribble View is a safe and well-led home. Effectively staffed by specialist nurses, physiotherapist and occupational therapist. Planned and co-ordinated activities. Whole cooked food menu meeting specific dietary requirements. Love the home, team and service users ❤️ Would highly recommend.
