Rheola is place where people are cared for extremely well.Given respect dignity and friendship. The staff are always already to welcome family and answer any concerns brought to mind. The atmosphere would be hard to beat in many places. The food is of a high standard and residents are encouraged and helped during meal times. Yes the building needs to be rebuilt to meet today's standards. But a building is only that. What makes Rheola so very special are the staff that work in it. My hope is when the new build is completed the staff will return to care for those we love as they are doing now.

Our mum has been with Rheola for more than 11 years, she is their longest resident and we are really very happy that she was placed there. We know that she is safe and well looked after. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and approachable and we’ve been able to visit whenever we want to. We really couldn’t ask for more
The whole team at Rheola are wonderful. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone is treated with respect and compassion. There is always a friendly face to answer any questions family members may have.
The staff at Rheola are the kindest and most compassionate team. I know Mum is safe and very well taken care of. Thank you team!
So friendly and welcoming. The staff genuinely care about the residents. Great interaction with residents, staff and residents families.
