A new, welcoming and functional structure, with meeting spaces for patients and family members both inside and outside. Excellent medical and paramedical staff, social-health workers and orderlies. My father was looked after with great humanity and professionalism in the last phase of his life at the Jesolo Community Hospital and I felt, despite the criticality of the moment, always welcomed with my questions and fears and emotionally supported. Thank you very much to each and everyone for the wonderful, indispensable work you do!

Beautiful structure but unfortunately some members of the medical staff are totally devoid of education and, even worse, of that empathy and humanity that should be the basis for those who decide to undertake this noble profession. One should hope to grow old without ever finding oneself in such a state of need. How sad.
New and quiet, just a few minutes from the sea. The only flaw is that there are no trees for shade, it's all concrete outside, guests mostly stay inside.
Unfortunately, following just over two months with my dad's hospitalization in the facility, I must say that I had a terrible experience. Initially, the management staff presented themselves very well, with a psychologist following, where from the beginning, it was understood that they were mostly interested in making us aware of the patient's daily allowance, rather than the problems of my father who suffers from senile dementia. Shortly afterwards, some rather unpleasant hygienic/sanitary situations arose, and what was no small thing was the indifference of the staff in the ward. Medicines administered (perhaps) inadequately, clothing worn by other guests. Fortunately, this morning (11 December 2023) we went to pick him up to move him to another RSA, but the thing that was most annoying was that when we entered, the envelope was already ready on the table in Reception, where we were simply told "These are your documents", a box with clothing inside which did not belong to my dad, and my dad in a pram waiting for us, almost like the deliveries of the couriers when they bring the various parcels home. The "Psychologist" passes by and doesn't even spare a glance... The person in charge, Mrs. Laura, is less than nothing, not to mention the Director. Maybe the 6,000 Euros left over in two months weren't enough, a little more. I'm sorry, but I thought I would find more prepared people, or at least a little more human..!! I will certainly also inform the Mayor of Jesolo of the situation, hoping for more specific preparation by the nursing and above all administrative staff for guests in the facility with the same problems as my dad.
To date nothing to complain about, structure located in a quiet area, in the green countryside, professional and trained staff, full of humanity. Mum is hospitalized for motor rehabilitation and is doing well, she says she is in the hotel!
