My grandmother has been in this residence for about two years and for me it has become a second home and a second family. The operators are very kind and the physiotherapists are young and attentive to the patient's every need. The director is always attentive to every request. Peaceful and clean environment. Ideal for elderly people who can no longer be alone!!

My uncles were hospitalized for a rather long period of hospitalization. I didn't imagine that a paradise with a sea view like this could exist... I could reach them by taking a jog on the cycle path, I also found myself to be a good runner among other things, in the Le Grange Riva Ligure area (IM). Well-kept gardens, highly trained staff and a very professional Director, always ready to listen to our needs and do everything to accommodate them. I hope I'm lucky enough to end up in a facility like this when and if I ever get there. Thank you all, you managed to provide a new family for those who need it most.
Our father was a guest at the Franchiolo facility recently and we cannot stop thanking the entire staff (director, secretary, doctors, nurses, health workers, cleaning staff and cooks) for the splendid treatment received. Here, in addition to great professionalism, we have found a humanity and sensitivity that are not at all to be taken for granted. Thanks again to all of you from the bottom of my heart
