My father was a resident for a period of 3 months! He was on the 5th floor for mobility problems! The residence is not too big, all the staff are friendly, cheerful, generous and empathetic! Remarkable service! Thank you all! Director, attendants, nurses, activity managers, concierge, housekeeping!!! Each one as much as the other you made a pleasant impression on me! Thank you and good luck, you are a great team!

When my father was admitted to the Sainte-Rose residence, he already had a serious cognitive deficit. During her admission, Isabelle (the director) explained to the family that the reception limit was mobility. The resident must be able to move around independently. A year and a few months later, my father's condition deteriorated to the point where two or three attendants had to work together to help him get up. There were issues with showering and meals, and my father often refused to cooperate. But through it all, the staff has always shown respect and flexibility. The CLSC also helped extend her stay with the services of an occupational therapist and the loan of equipment (for example, an electric bed). There were a few issues (shirts that disappeared in the wash, daytime pants put on at night and vice versa). These issues are the same at the CHSLD where my father has just been transferred. For me these are details. The socks also disappear in my own wash. Thank you to Résidence Sainte-Rose for welcoming my father. We will keep good memories of his stay. The Residence New Year's party was the best I've been to in a long time!
My father arrived at the Sainte-Rose residence in December 2023. Since my father has lived at the residence, his morale has been very good, he laughs, he makes jokes, he is happy. The staff takes good care of Dad, he feels safe and he likes the food, especially lunches. There is a lot of choice on the menu so he always finds dishes to his liking. He likes bingo and especially concerts. THANKS! At the leisure service. Also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the nursing and administrative staff and Madame Mireault for listening and providing good care to my father.
Very good place for my mother, attentive staff, always happy and present for the residents. Mom happy for now. I'm doing well. Very nice welcome upon arrival. Good food and very good care. Thanks for everything.
So disappointed. I wish I hadn't forced my mom to move again. Unfortunately: the room was clean, the snacks were inappropriate (I noticed Doritos bags twice, and I don't spend my life there!!!), the staff was overwhelmed and clearly not always qualified for the hard work that awaited them. I should point out that management never called us back when we complained. And we were never asked the reason... for our departure!! I thank everyone who took care of my mom with patience and a smile.
