My husband has been in Raleigh Mead for almost 3 years. I am so grateful for the care he has been given there. There have been difficult times what with Covid and everything but they have done their best making sure visiting was allowed as often as possible. He is a severe case but the staff are caring and patient, always helpful. The meals are balanced and appetising and the home is very clean. I am grateful that this place was found for my loved one.
My grampy was at the care home and was really looked after, the staff were friendly and very helpful and made sure he had all his home comforts and asked what his favourite food was. When he passed away they were really supportive and helped in any way they could Thankyou to all the staff :-)
Caring and friendly staff with essential nursing support always available, Marie also highly rates the food !
New, clean and tidy helpfully staff.
