Queens Estate Grandparents Day Celebration was so fun! There was a great energy among the residents and the staff. There was face painting for the visitors and residents as well as refreshments. So nice. My Mom’s great grandchildren were delighted to visit! My Mom has been at Queens Estate for a year and I cannot be happier with the care she is receiving. She is so happy and busy. The staff are beyond wonderful. The creative activities are amazing! I am always so impressed and find such peace of mind knowing Mom has this quality of care. I am so grateful to everyone there.

The staff at Queen's Estate are incredibly caring and committed to making this a home for our mother. Moving our mom who is on a journey with dementia into a care home was difficult. The staff at Queen's have made the transition alot easier for mom and us. There don't seem to be many care homes in Toronto that are focused primarily on dementia care. I believe that Queen's is quite unique in this. Thank you for your care.
Three weeks ago, my Dad entered a new phase of his life and began a grand adventure at the Queen's Estate Retirement Residence. The care, compassion, professionalism and patience that my Dad and I have received has been nothing short of PHENOMENAL! Every aspect of my Dad's care has been handled with thoughtfulness, respect and grace and my Dad has settled in and expressed great satisfaction and happiness in his new surroundings. Although my Dad does not partake in the social aspect of residence life due to mobility issues, I can see other residents joyfully partaking in the many activities that are offered. Agnes, Sharon, Melissa, Flavia and all Queens Estate staff are exemplary people and in particular, I would like to thank Vivian, whom I call my Dad's earth angel. There are so many others that look after my Dad that I haven't met in person, but just knowing that they are there for him fills me a great sense of gratitude and peace. And I see the peace and gratitude in my Dad as well. Thank you all! Jana Cornec
My mom is very happy at Queen’s Estate. It was a huge transition for our family as my parents were married for 77 years when my dad passed and we needed to place mom in a memory care home. I was so pleased when I saw my mom dance again, enjoy music and social activities with friends. I love that the staff cares a great deal for the well being of my mom, a special thank you to Agnes, Flavia, Donna, Melissa, Lavinia and all the great care givers there.
My mother resides at Queens Estate on the Memory floor. She moved in last year and I visit her there weekly. The adjustment was challenging for all of us but we as a family are very pleased with the level of care she receives at the residence. The staff is excellent and is led by Agnes, who shows her staff by example just what going the extra mile looks like. The main floor is always bright and changing with new themes and the activity calendar is packed with interesting and creative activities for everyone to enjoy. I'm very happy with the amount of love and the family style atmosphere they have created at Queens Estate. I would highly recommend considering this retirement home for your loved one.
