Living at Pinelands Grove is a unique experience. I have lived here for 4 years now - 2 with my husband and 2 on my own after his death. Apartment living, in a family atmosphere, gives one a feeling of security and safety. There are many activities offered, something for everyone. Management and staff have the residents at heart in all they do - we are well looked after.
I went there to go and visit my gran and she asked me to vacuum for her because of the dust that affects her chest, I didnt mind at all but I shouldn't have to do it if it was done right by the workers that are actually supposed to do it, she mentioned that they don't dust off and wipe down, they just vacuum and leave, how can I trust that you guys actually care and arent just doing it for the job, I can't trust that my gran isn't coughing the entire day because of something that can just be simply wiped away by as little as a damp cloth, and please look at the food you order before giving it out to people with problems, I've tried the chicken and it does taste abit weird and you can't be serving anything that is old or weird anywhere
Moving to Pinelands Grove was the best decision I could have made. It is a lovely community, with lovely staff and I feel happy and secure. I have lived here for 4 years since my husband passed away and absolutely love it!
A well run, comfortable and happy place. Retirees who like a drink should however note that the nearby Howard Place centre is in a dry suburb, but this can be overcome by ordering from Tops at sunrise circle.
