My 66yo mum has resided here for around 8mths with dementia. This is the 3rd care home she's been moved to and I can say that so by far they are the best! In a previous home there was a horrible incident whereby her tibia fibula was broken despite being bedbound for over a year but since this care home took her in we as a family have managed to find confidence and trust again in her care. No matter who I speak to when I visit they always know what my mums situation is, any issues, gp advice, medication, likes and dislikes plus how she's eaten without checking notes and have weekly gp visits whereby they always call to update me. They even ask about what she did in the past as work and what she liked to incorporate it. I honestly find the level of knowledge and care here beyond amazing and am so happy my mum is now with them. Words cannot express the peace of mind I finally have knowing these wonderful staff are caring for her. Even the charasmatic Kasia who is on the cleaning /housekeeping staff took me for a tour when my mum 1st moved there to show me where everything is and what they provide. For the 1st time I have nothing negative to say. At Christmas they put out a big table with roast dinners, crackers, hats and Christmas music. Thank you to the whole staff at Park Avenue Nursing Home, you've brought peace to our family and most importantly, to our mum Pauline.

The whole family were happy with the care my husbands mother recieved here in the short time she was here. The staff are kind, caring, warm and friendly. Thankyou katie and all the staff from the smith family
My Mum Barbara has been at this home for about six months and nothing is ever too much trouble. She is receiving excellent care always looks well presented and if she does not fancy her meals they will always get her something else. There is an entertainments team who do different activities every week day. Mum is a very quiet person but has really come out of her shell. She has a lovely room with a nice view of the garden which is always spotlessly clean. Both staff and management are always friendly and take the time to get to know everyone.

My mother, Muriel 97y, was resident at Park Avenue Nursing Home, Leeds from March to November 2018. She received nursing care and end-of-life care of the highest calibre. The staff and management were excellent.
