The overall experience was good. Whether it’s the service or the experience. Definitely a hospital I will revisit.
Worst service I ever had: 1)Bad food:I am sick person but food was disaster 2)Toilet was so dirty and neglected 3)Thanks to doctor team for fast recovery but you must listen every patient words…without us there is nothing to gain …. remember that 4)CCTV must be install every corners I wont visit again and this is all about management team disorganized…I wish to good luck in future to better service for every citizens rights…..
They dont even deserve 1 star. Got a very bad experience over working staffs. Staffs were rude over people /patients especially at ticket counter and bill payment counter. I also waited more than 10 minutes at bill counter since there was no staff to pay the bill for my lab report. On the otherhand I almost missed the doctor because of this irresponsible behaviour from them. Later I got a discount from the bill i paid for report and again went back to bill counter to get discount money back but they acted rude and said they are closed at 1 and will open at 1:30. If i didnt had to wait more than 10 minutes i wouldnot ended up waiting another 30 minutes. IMAGINE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY SITUATION !! WHAT IF PATIENT MISSED THE DOCTOR? I believe those sraffs need a lesson for good managment , how to behave and most importantly to be responsible! The hospital also need to focous on cleaning. I could see dirty all over the places!!!!
