I can't say enough good things about the standard of care at Osbourne court. Residents and family are treated as family. Dad in his own words describes the staff as beautiful people. Ded had been in other local homes but this placement best stimulates dad with daily activities and social residents. Clean, tidy and never an odour on site.

I love this place - My Mummy Joan Osmond has come on so well since she has been in the care of Osbourne Court. All the carers are wonderful, if could give 10 gold stars I would. Much Love Philip
Mum was a resident for a year and during that time the care she received was magnificent. She loved her room, right opposite the entrance where she could see everyone coming and going as well as watching the local children going to and from school. She enjoyed the food and loved the fact she could have seconds if she wanted them. She also liked having a cup of tea made for her whenever she wanted one. My sister and myself felt as if a weight had been lifted off our shoulders when she moved in as we knew we did not have to worry about her as much as before. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the staff and the events they put on, church services, visits by the zoo etc were always eagerly awaited and enjoyed. I cannot recommend Osbourne Court highly enough. Both residents and relatives are made to feel at home and are included in all decisions. A truly friendly and welcoming place.
Just visited Osborne Court to give a piano performance. I had a lovely welcome from the staff and residents. What a friendly and happy environment to be in.
I have been looking for a home for my mother and I have found Osbourne House staff so helpful in providing me with help and advice, even though my mother is not a resident.
