Beautiful place with lovely staff and the friendliest security. Unfortunately the rules are quite strict and in many cases very unnecessary. The worst part is the handful of stuck up residents who love nothing more than complaining. Parking is also a hassle
Excellent estate. Very beautiful with Italian vibes and looks with a wonderful park. There’s also a restaurant where you could enjoy a few drink and so on. The location of the estate is also very premium.
As a follow up of the review about my buying a what I took to be a garden unit, the developers have really bent over backwards and have come up with a great solution - and at no extra cost to me. So I am very happy. The Nooitgedacht Village is coming on beautifully and is fast becoming as attractive as the marketing material promises: a village and a totally different development with real style, unusual features, lots of trees and many water features. And lots of space around for walks, cycling and running through the vinyards and fruit orchards. I really look forward to living there.
