In comparison to the rest of the reviews on this page I cannot say my family and I have had the same ‘fantastic’ experience with Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home. The treatment towards a family member recently by the staff in this nursing home was appalling. The staff are not only unhelpful and ignorant but cruel and ruthless. They have no regard for residents. A family member was a resident in this nursing home and they were the furthest thing from happy. From the looks of things there must of been a change of management since previous reviews by others were posted and it’s evident that it’s been a change for the worse. Personally I wouldn’t allow a dog to be put into this nursing home which makes it very clear that it’s not fit for a vulnerable elderly person. I personally wouldn’t recommend this nursing home.
Millbrae is a wonderful home from home. Great atmosphere there. The management team and staff are very approachable. The home is always clean and tidy. Highly recommend this nursing home.
Fantastic nursing home, really look after all the residents, always keeping them entertained with various activities & guests. Lovely place and the staff are very friendly
