The staff are caring, friendly, respectful, and human. It's an old establishment but very clean. My father loved his stay at the Manoir! The staff is caring, respectful, and focused on an individual basis. The residence is old but very clean. My dad enjoyed his short-term stay. Thanks to Tammy and Nadia!! ❤️
What a magnificent residence. Tami, the owner of the mansion, has an incredible heart, you can see that she is passionate about the work she does and she is truly always at the service and listening to people. For a very reasonable price we are dealing with incomparable service and wonderful staff.
My mother has dementia and I sent her to this residence because I was no longer able to take care of her. She has been there for a year and a half already and I am very satisfied with the service offered to her. She really likes the food offered to her and she has even gained weight, despite the fact that she refused to eat when she lived with me. When I come to visit her, she always seems happy and calm. When she is at the residence, she feels at home. When I come to visit and need something, the employees are always there to help me.
My mother lived at Manoir St-Claude for the last four years of her life. During this time, she was wonderfully cared for by the Manoir staff, who were always attentive to her needs. This residence is made up of enthusiastic people who prioritize the well-being of seniors, both from a medical and psychological perspective. I highly recommend Manoir St-Claude.
