Lynn Valley Care Center is one of the best facilities. They offer a beautiful, peaceful, and happy environment, thanks to Marylene Denis, Director of Care. The facility is bright, always super clean, and features beautiful yards and balconies. Their amazing, loving, and caring support professionals treat residents as if they were family members. Although they have three Farsi-speaking staff members on-site, other nurses and staff have learned Farsi words to communicate with the Farsi-speaking residents. They set up a variety of daily activities to keep the residents engaged and go above and beyond to maintain their comfort. Medical doctors make regular visits, and there are regular panels with family members, a dietitian, a physiotherapist, a pharmacist, a nurse, and a doctor. Overall, I am super happy and highly recommend this care center. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ashley Sharifi and Sara Sharif for guiding us through the journey and watching out for my relative's best interests. Thank you to Dr. Saghafi, Analou, Veda, Kay, Edna and all the nurses and staff members for their love and care.

Friendly and caring staff. Staff’s observations of specific needs of residents and providing accordingly is absolutely amazing. Very pleasant attitude of carers and management team is quite apparent. Staff are alway at hand to assist with residents’ families by phone or in person. No area is left unattended. My family is very pleased with our loved one’s placement. Thank you all working at the centre, you’re awesome.

My mother in law is there and when I go visit her. The nurse being treated really badly. The whole system is abusive Tours patients and the nurses overwork and exhaust it and whoever is taking care of this facility. D she is very obviously tours. People working there or staying there to be taking care of.
My mom was there in the new tower not the old lodge. She was treated well for the last 5 years of her life. 2nd floor nurse Eva was exceptional.
