We were very happy with the care received by our mum at Manor Farm. She had previously been at another home for a couple of months where she was obviously unhappy, but the lovely friendly staff and positive atmosphere at Manor Farm made a massive difference to her quality of life in her declining years. My professional dealings with Lound Hall have always been exceptional. All the staff are extremely caring and loving toward the residents. The residents are all happy and take part in numerous activities. The building is well maintained and extremely clean throughout. Well done to all at the home. Keep up the good work.
I returned to lound approximately 3 years ago and what a change around we are all like a big family staff and our residents ,staff will always go the extra mile for our lovely residents.. I enjoy my job very much
