The facility is smaller than many, and very personal.The entire staff knows all residents, and are willing to help out whenever needed.In particular, Joanne and Kim are wonderful leaders in showing care and compassion to residents like my Mom. My mother lived at Centennial for seven years and we could not have asked for more caring and thoughtful staff. I could not begin to list all the reasons it's a great place, but suffice to say, plenty of activities, good food, helpful, and considerate staff. All of you are wonderful, thanks so much for making my mothers stay so enjoyable. It truly was home for her.

From start to finish, Joanne went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition for the resident and their family. Joanne's professionalism, warmth, and expertise were evident from the first time we met. She takes the time to listen to the resident's needs and preferences, and worked closely with us to coordinate all the necessary details. Throughout the process, she kept us informed and updated, and was always available to answer any questions we had. What impressed me most about Joanne was her genuine care and compassion for the residents. She has a gift for making people feel at ease, and goes out of her way to ensure they feel comfortable and at home. Her dedication to her work is truly inspiring, and it's clear that she takes great pride in what she does. Joanne's exceptional service and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the Livita team. Speaking of the community itself, I have to say that Livita Centennial is truly wonderful. It has a warm and homely atmosphere, and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The community offers plenty of activities and amenities to keep residents engaged and happy. In 2019, we went around touring retirement homes for my 85 year old mother. As soon as we walked into Livita Centennial we immediately knew we had found the right place. This home has a different feel than all the rest. It's cosy, warm, and like sitting in your own living room. It feels non-institutional. My Mum was there for four years. The wonderful staff are so friendly, and are genuinely caring and very attentive to the residents. They get to know all the residents and their families. During a recent hospitalization, several of the staff even went to visit my Mum. I never worried about my mother while she was there. I always knew she was being taken care of. If you are looking for a retirement home for your loved one, I highly recommend this one. I would give it a 10 if I could. My mother has viewed a few retirement homes and Centennial is now top of the list! It has all the facilities she requires without being too big. Joanne (the marketing manager) was kind and helpful not just to us but to all the residents we encountered on our tour. This made a very positive impression. My Mom just needs to make the decision now to move from her home!
