Poor communication in the office between them which leads to times being set up without being notified or even asked. Goes against Livara's own principles that they have written on their website. Says that there can be different staff each time depending on who is working. Which feels unsafe and difficult. Disappointed customer at Livara who hopes for improvements. Update. After having received very good and nice communication with Dayana & Hermon, everything has worked much better. Thanks for the help!

I have had Livara for 4 years & they are the best, have the same staff all the time, so nice & safe because when I had municipal home care before Livara, I had over 100 different people in 10 months & it was really hard so I recommend everyone who needs home care to hire Livara as a home care company because they are really there for you & help you with everything so that you can feel as good as possible❤️
