The staff all genuinely care, not only about the residents but about the families as well. My mum moved in to Lindau residential home 18 months ago and she has been treated with compassion, care, respect and dignity by an incredibly supportive and caring staff team. Residents are encouraged to participate in numerous activities provided by the home, and if the staff identify my mum needs additional support from external health care professionals, they do not hesitate to contact them for mum's care needs. There is a beautiful garden for residents to enjoy and the home is always spotlessly clean. I know my mum is being well cared for and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The atmosphere within the home is one of warmth and very much a 'family home feel'. Having visited other residential homes looking for a place for my mum to be cared for, I feel so lucky to have found Lindau.
My Mother moved in to Lindau Care Home in December 2022. Since she has been there, her health, fitness and mental state have all improved. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and very caring. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them to do for the guests. There always seems to be activities going on in the lounge, singing, exercise classes, games and even dancing! But there are quiet areas for those that dont want to take part in activities. Overall I very happy to recommend Lindau Care Home.
The care and love shown by staff towards the Residents is wonderful to see. Lindau care home is a very warm and welcoming home, where everything is done to ensure Residents are happy and safe. Great entertainment daily if wanted, or quiet areas if not. I highly recommend Lindau x
Went to visit Mum/Mother-in-Law at Lindau. Such a friendly atmosphere with exceptional welcoming staff who took their time to talk to us and helped when we wanted to take Mum out for a walk. To the Team Leader (?), Amanda, to the care staff, domestics and activities lady, thank you 😊.
