Lily House have been wonderful to our family. They were so very helpful when suddenly living in the family home situation broke down for Mother. They came out and assessed Mother within a day. They were very respectful to her and her husband at such a hard time. She went in as respite care and has stayed ever since. She has now been there 6 months. They have worked tirelessly to help Mother settle in. This was not easy because of her dementia. She is now settled and is very well looked after. All the staff are happy, bright and welcoming. They do lots of activities which is fantastic and keep the home feeling alive and happy. It has a real community feel. Big thanks Lily House team.

I can thoroughly recommend Lily House to anyone who is seeking care for their loved one. My Father, who has Alzheimer’s has been a resident at Lily House for just over a year, and the love and care that he receives has far exceeded our expectations. He settled in immediately and it was such a joy to see his smile again, something that we feared was forever lost. The credit for this has to go to all the members of care staff who support dad in his day to day needs. This also extends to the in house management, Kerry and Sharon who work tirelessly to ensure that Lily House consistently operates an open, friendly, family environment.
My uncle recently passed having been a resident in Lily House for almost 7 years. Through all of these years his care remained consistently at a very high level. The staff and management work and strive collectively to ensure that residents are respected and treated as individuals with their own unique and important back stories. Lily House feels like a family home with a beating heart. I can't thank them enough for all the first class care given to my uncle throughout his final years. I have known and had experience of relatives in quite a number of care homes...Lily House would be my first choice.
Choosing the right care home is a big decision. Our Mum could no longer stay with our Dad at home. Mum has now been in Lily House since August 2024 and the support and care they provide is top class. Lily House has a lovely feel and I can 100% recommend it to anyone.
Lily House is Truly a home from home for its residents who receive wonderful care from all the staff , my husband Colin is very happy to be there , which is a huge relief for me knowing this , I feel the management and staff give you that feeling of being part of a big extended family they're all so lovely ,considerate , and very approachable and exceptionally professional in all they do
