I really felt safe working here. Great Management and staff. Lanark Village has never been in an outbreak till now that explains how effective the infection control has been implemented. I have been here for almost 2 years and I have never faced any issues. I would definitely recommend this place for seniors as our staff are caring and compassionate about what ever they need to do. The care of both my parents at Lanark has been exceptional from ALL staff at Lanark Village. My experience with them is they focus on quality, compassionate care and they do it at a high level. This has been a difficult ordeal for my mother and I. She was in the home but based on the circumstances of our life, her living with my father, and being in a shared room, the matter so complex and Lanark attended to and respected the most difficult situations. Lanark was incredible in sorting out the various care required for both my parents and sensitive to what i am sure is a not so common situation. They somehow managed my father and kept the matters pertaining to care moving. I would very much recommend Lanark Village.
I love lanark village with a burning passion! great place to be to be fair. The lady at the front desk is super kind and helpful. The staff is very kind. great place to work on jah!
They manged really well during Covid, with no serious outbreaks. To say it's a good residence, in Ontario, is a bit of a low bar. Rates increase. Service decreases. Nurses are replaced by PSWs and PSWs are paid the minimum and kept part time.
