My mother unfortunately has Alzheimer's and much as we wanted her to remain at home safety was our first concern. I visited Lakeview Manor, in Beaverton on several occasions prior to choosing it as the ONLY CHOICE and she has now been there almost a year. It took an adjustment period but the facility is beautiful with well maintained gardens and benches outside. The interior is bright with natural lighting and very clean and my mother (92 yrs young), has her own room with her own bathroom. I visit her 1-2 x wk. The meals are wonderful with such a variety and the best tap water ever. The staff are incredible caring individuals and mom still makes most of her own choices as we want her to b e as independent as long as possible. Naturally I did not want to see her in a nursing home ever but all of the family know she is safe &well taken care of in a lovely environment can't say enough good things about this facility!

Excellent services and staff is very committed. My mom is very happy there even she has language barriers too but still she is very happy with the staff
I know my father is in there. I heard he recently got moved there and decided that people desirve to be informed that there loved ones may possibly be in danger living beside the devil himself.... yes my father has recent incidences from what I heard from where he was transfured to this facility which I found out today which is why I felt urgency on this note... he attacks female mostly because there easier targets and he was diagnost with scizoprenia, he is there know I don't know when he got there but I suggest you make yourself know to him to know who he is and for your loved ones to be moved away from his view... I never kept in touch with him from a young age but he lived his who life in and out of jail doing the worst things to people.... he is not aware of his actions do I don't blame him at all but please this is the best I can do for anyone that loves there family members.. there are alot of attacks and deaths every year in nusing homes and that's a fact. I have watched several 20/20 and news reports that the families were negligible to inform others about stuff like this.... I know what he is capable of and so should you..... so if you want his name it's the same as mine... I know I'm so lucky right... whenever I get pulled over its a nightmare... cops overlook the age they usually pull there gun on me... and then they releize after the fact they have the wrong person.....
Excellent staff there that really care about their charges. I see caring and patience from them all. Thank you for taking care of my mum.
Clean, bright, many activities. Staff go above and beyond for the residents. Amazing group of women.
