I find Lake Shore to be genuine and sincere in their delivery of care. The care aides and nurses will assist and make every effort to meet the needs of my mother, Shirley Remedios. The Director of Care, Twyla Flores is always at the forefront in providing and maintaining excellent care. Her commitment to keeping open lines of communication are most reassuring.
The staff at Lakeshore Care are caring and knowledgeable. They take great care of the residents. As a family member I understand this is not an easy job at times. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of our mom.
Clean, friendly, professional, caring, Mom is well cared for they treat her with respect and friendliness. Everything is done professionally and problems are dealt with quickly. The cleanliness of facility is top notch. My mom is very contented a d comfortable there.
I feel like my dad is getting the best care. The communication is amazing, I am kept up to date on all matters in a timely manner. I feel included in my dad's care which means the world to me. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
