It is very poor from a care point of view. The staff are not up to the job bar one person who cares and has the ability, to manage this care home. The lady’s name is Barbara and she’s superb and extremely competent. This care home is very poorly managed. The allure is the nice furniture but the care is sub standard. I have tried to raised all my genuine concern with the manager but response was always very poor and unprofessional, untill Barbara was involved. She has management skill, is very compassionate lady and she tried to address my genuine concern as best as she could. Without her I would rate this care home 0 out of 10.

My Father was recently in Hulton House what an amazing place with beautiful rooms and lovely decor throughout. Staff are lovely so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The food is 5 star my Father loved it, so delicious and lots of choice. All in all a wonderful place with great Staff and Management. I would recommend Hulton House to anyone.
My uncle was cared for, for a short period of time in the care home. It was a great experience for the whole family, my uncle received excellent care and as a family we felt relieved and grateful for the fantastic team from nursing to managers and other administrative staff, all on hand and readily available if we ever needed to discuss anything.
I have seen some pretty amazing examples of the care provided by this home and the lengths they go to for their residents. They do a wonderful job. I loved seeing the gentleman resident who used to be a Fishwick bus driver have a specially organised visit from two of their double decker buses and being dressed in his old uniform just to have a chance to sit back behind the wheel again. That was just brilliant! .
Amazing place. Absolutely stunning decor and very high quality of care for residents. Staff are friendly, helpful and hard working. Management are all lovely! Couldnt recommend a better place for your loved ones that need any extra care.
