My Late Father WAS Passing-Away ‘Rapidly’ during Lockdown, when I was NOT allowed to visit Kestrel Grove Care Home to see him! Although I knew that only One Person was allowed to visit My Father during Lockdown, I phoned Kestrel Grove, saying that I was the Daughter AND that I had a right to see My “Father”! Forgive Me if I’m incorrect Please, Each Word I Expressed Was Given No Empathy, and on-top-of-it, (the icing on the cake), the management/owner of Kestrel Grovel asked a/the Dying Gentleman (My then Father) to choose who to ‘exclude’ from visiting him! Although Legally Kestrel Grove had ‘Covered Themselves’, do-to speak, in My opinion, that was ‘all they did’! On a moral level, in My opinion, Kestrel Groce were very negligent, also morally, by pressurising My ‘then Father’ to choose between his Loved Ones. One point I shall make is that I panicked AND rang Kestrel Grove a lot, which I’m sorry I Did! Other than that, in My opinion, Kestrel Grove put on a ‘Poor Show’! My Late Father is sadly no longer here, AND on the day that he was loosing his life, Kestrel Grove did NOT ask Myself to come and say “Goodbye!”

If I could give this home 10 stars I would! The care for my mother-in-law is second to none. From the standard of living to the professionalism of the nurses. I cannot fault this home nor praise them enough. All I can say is - what a home!
