I came down from London to visit a relative staying at this care home and felt a real sense of warmth from immediately entering. Within 10 minutes I felt as if I had known the staff for years. They were friendly, inviting and it really was a case of "what you see is what you get" Laid back, caring souls that do the job really well. Unfortunately for us our family member needs to be moved as she is too high support for this particular care home. Truly gutted is the only way to describe our feelings about this.i trust the staff wholeheartedly to care for my relative with love care and dignity that all our elderly should receive when placed into residential care. Which unfortunately is not always the case. Thank you everyone xxx
My Grandmother was here for a while, and this place is without doubt first class !! Abi, Charlotte and the team, care & look after people like they are their own family. Having dealt with other homes is the Bay in recent years, no other place comes close to matching the standards of Jubilee House and its team.
Excellent care home run by Charlotte,Abbi and the team, who are predominently young. Great care and empathy for the residents which gives peace of mind to the families. This is how a care home should be.
Our mum irene went into jubilee house In December 2021 she has been so well looked after Abbie and Charlotte and there team have been so kind sadly her needs have changed and gone into a sister home I can highly recommend jubilee house.food great, had many a meal with mum staff brilliant
