As we said our goodbyes to Dad this morning we were overwhelmed by the kindness, professionalism and love we have felt. You are truly a home from home. We have been so comforted throughout Dad's stay that he was being looked after as if he was your own relative. From the very beginning when the maintenance team were so quick to put dad's pictures up, bring in additional furniture and look after the gardens to make them a peaceful place to relax in. Dad's clothes have always been cared for beautifully and his room spotless, tidy but again respectful of his need to collect papers, crossword cuttings etc! The innovative craziness with the activities gang, the cheery welcome from reception always sorting out mass for dad or answering our questions. The delicious and latterly respectfully prepared food from the kitchen. The restaurant team letting dad sit for hours with no feeling of rush. Always welcoming him with care and laughter. The gentle respectful and loving professionalism of all the care and medical team yet with fun, laughter and family spirit

We are absolutely delighted with the care provided for my mum by the staff and management at Hill House. Attention to what makes mum happy and her general wellbeing by everyone at Hill House is non-stop, going above and beyond is a regular occurrence. There is always a warm, friendly atmosphere in the home, with lots of interesting activities for mum to join in with if she wants, but the live entertainment and trips out are her favourite. The food is lovely, well cooked and varied with chef visiting mum regularly to make sure she's happy. Mums room is comfortable and homely with a view of the lovely gardens which she loves having a walk around and feeding the fish in the pond. It's so good to know our mum is good hands and as a family we can relax knowing she is being well looked after. We thoroughly recommend Hill House.
My job for Hill House is to show potential residents around the home. I am very proud of the care and support given to our residents and their families by each member of staff and proud to show this to visitors. The commitment to person centred care is outstanding. The friendly, warm and professional atmosphere in the home makes it a wonderful place to work. I would definitely recommend Hill House.
My mother is a resident at Hill House and the care she is given is second to none. Every single member of staff is dedicated to the home and treats her as though she is their family member. The activities organised in the home keep Mum from feeling lonely or alone especially during these unprecedented times. She is always commenting on the standard of food that she receives. I cannot recommend this care home enough and if you are looking for somewhere for your loved ones then this is most definitely the place.
Welcoming and friendly care home, all care staff go above and beyond for the resident's, there is a really homely atmosphere when entering the care home. The staff really go out of there way to meet everyone's needs. Amazing place to work and full of opportunity to progress i have found all management and care staff supportive its a true honour to work with the amazing staff
